Katie Callender is skilled in mechanical systems comprised of radiant heating/cooling systems, variable refrigerant flow systems, central plant (chiller/boiler) systems with subsequent chilled water and heating hot water loops, energy recovery ventilation, hydronic/gas-fired/heat pump split systems, water source heat pumps, and air system constant and variable air volume box designs. She also has experience in a variety of markets, including residential, office, restaurant, bank, multi-family, cultural, automotive, commercial, hospitality, casino, and medical facilities. Her design of nationwide projects, as well as LEED accredited projects, has provided diverse exposure and understanding to a variety of codes and energy qualifications. This has equipped Katie with a strong knowledge of differing design conditions and knowledge of how to incorporate this knowledge into system design.
