Lincoln Pearce, PE, LEED AP, BEAP, is Vice President of Strategic Growth Services and a managing principal with the firm. He works with IMEG’s new and developing services to foster strategic growth across all IMEG offices and markets.
Lincoln has more than 25 years of building design and construction experience, including a strong understanding of building energy use, performance optimization, and commissioning. His project experience includes a wide variety of building types including healthcare, higher education, laboratories, pharmaceuticals infrastructure, mission critical, convention centers, and commercial. He is a professional engineer licensed in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska; a LEED Accredited Professional; and an ASHRAE Certified Building Energy Assessment Professional.
