Malcolm Bland, PE, LEED AP, is a principal and Client Executive with IMEG, overseeing structural operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Ohio.
Since 1993, Mal has worked on notable projects, including 1706 Rittenhouse Square, a new 184,000-sf, 31-story high-rise condominium tower with an integrated 75-space parking garage in Philadelphia; Gaylord National Harbor in Prince George’s County, MD; the Fox Tower at Foxwoods Resort Casino, in Ledyard, CT; and The Chairman’s Club at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, NJ.
Mal earned an M.E. in architectural engineering from Leeds University, England, and an M.S. in civil engineering from Villanova University. He is a licensed professional engineer with registrations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Connecticut, and Michigan.
He is affiliated with American Concrete Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers, British American Business Council, Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers, and the Structural Engineering Institute.
