Spencer has more than 10 years of experience in structural analysis and design in a variety of markets including automotive, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and mixed use. He is also experienced in historical building restoration/renovation as well as condition assessment and structural façade assessments. He is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan. He earned a Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering and a Master of Civil and Structural Engineering from University of Michigan and is a member of Chi Epsilon National Civil Engineering Honor Society.
