Stephen H. Lucy, PE, is an executive principal of the firm and leads business development efforts throughout Texas. He is the former President/CEO of JQ Engineering, now IMEG. JQ joined IMEG on December 31st, 2023.
Steve earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He has more than 40 years of experience designing and managing structural and civil engineering, geospatial, and facility performance services for a diverse group of markets. He is based in Dallas, TX.
