Client Executive, Medical Equipment Planning
Steve Gulock, MA, LSS, is a Client Executive of IMEG’s Medical Equipment Planning team and a principal of the firm. Steve coordinates all equipment and supporting infrastructure with health facility technology to provide a fully integrated design.
Steve is responsible for client development, project planning and design, staff training and quality control reviews. He brings extensive equipment planning experience supported by his knowledge of healthcare operations and successful business practices. His 35-plus years of experience includes evaluating, selecting and purchasing major capital equipment for both new healthcare facility construction and expansion and renovation of medical facilities. Steve has experience in Lean process improvements and is adept at analyzing customer needs for optimal equipment planning. Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and his master’s degree in health administration from Webster University. He also is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and ASHE.
