Black Hawk College completed its $40.8 million renovation to Building 3 on its Moline campus in September 2024.

The renovation of the 1970s-era building included new health career and science labs, athletics and fitness areas, a food pantry, classrooms, offices, and the campus police.  

The work is part of a campus-wide facilities plan approved in 2021.  

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering services for the project.
