Black Hawk College is wrapping up a $40.8 million renovation to Building 3 on its Moline campus as the Fall 2024 semester begins.

The renovation of the 1970s-era building included new health career and science labs, athletics and fitness areas, a food pantry, classrooms, offices, and the campus police.

The work is part of a campus-wide facilities plan approved in 2021.

The next project, a $29.3 million update of Building 2, has started and is scheduled to be done in the fall of 2025.

IMEG is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering services for the projects.
