IMEG provides engineering design for Brasserie by Bobby Flay restaurant in Caesars Palace
Award-winning chef Bobby Flay’s new restaurant inside Caesars Palace opened in January 2024. The French cuisine restaurant, Brasserie B, was designed with a classic Parisian feel.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design services for the 175-seat restaurant, which features an L-shaped, 20-seat bar; lounge; dining space with a raw bar; and a private dining room.
