Caesars Virginia casino opened in February 2025. IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and Illuminating Concepts, a division of IMEG, provided lighting design, for the 285,000-sf facility. 

The casino will include 90,000-sq of gaming space, a 320-room hotel, a spa, pool, restaurants and bars, a 2,500-person entertainment venue, and 50,000-sf of meeting and convention space. The project is a partnership between Ceasars Entertainment and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI).
