Construction on the new Caesars Virginia casino in Danville, VA, is progressing steadily, with a topping-off ceremony held in January. IMEG is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for the 285,000-sf facility.

The casino will include 320 hotel rooms, a spa, pool, bars, a 2,500-person entertainment venue, and 40,000-sf of meeting and convention space. The project is a partnership between Caesars Entertainment and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI).

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
