Chapter Madison, a privately developed student housing complex, opens near University of Wisconsin-Madison
Chapter Madison, a 10-story, 550-bed student housing development has opened near the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
The development, which is 100% leased for the 2024-25 academic year, features a a mix of fully furnished units from studios to five-bedrooms, and amenities including a rooftop lounge and fireplace, a ground-floor lobby, co-working center, fitness center, and clubroom.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services and technology services as a subconsultant to architect Lamar Johnson Collaborative.
