Children’s Hospital of Orange County breaks ground on new outpatient services tower
Children’s Hospital of Orange County has broken ground on its new pediatric outpatient services tower.
The nine-story, 330,000-sf Southwest Tower is designed to be a patient- and family-centered space for families with children receiving outpatient care. It includes outpatient specialty clinics, an ambulatory surgical center, and the CHOC Research Institute.
IMEG provided surveying, mapping, and potholing services for the tower and neighboring garage expansion.
The building is part of CHOC’s Enterprise Master Plan that aims to transform CHOC into one of the nation’s leading pediatric healthcare systems.
