City of Grand Prairie City Hall wins ENR Best Project award
The City of Grand Prairie City Hall has won ENR Texas & Louisiana 2020 Best Project in the Government/Public Building category.
IMEG provided HVAC, electrical, and technology design for the 26,000-sf building, along with acoustic and construction administration services. The award is for phase 1 of the three-phase city hall complex project. Phase 2 will be a 50,000-sf renovation of the existing development center building and phase 3 will consist of façade and site work and a connector between the new and renovated buildings.
The project team will be honored at the ENR Texas & Louisiana Best Projects Cyber Celebration in October, and the project will be entered in ENR’s national Best of the Best Awards.
