Construction underway on University of Michigan Health’s Ypsilanti Health Center
Construction has begun on the University of Michigan Health’s new Ypsilanti Health Center.
The center will be moved to the former Eastern Michigan University College of Business building in downtown Ypsilanti. After a $35.4 million renovation, the 50,000-sf facility will house ambulatory care, primary and specialty care, diagnostics, and treatment services, along with Michigan Innovation Headquarters’ cooperative entrepreneur community.
IMEG is providing structural engineering design for a rooftop unit addition, and medical equipment planning for the project, which is expected to open in the fall of 2024.
