The City of Davenport has opened a new $2.8 million community center adjacent to a city library.

The 4,500-sf Fairmount Community Center offers a half-court gymnasium to be used for drop-in and recreational activity, and community programming.

IMEG is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering design services for the project as a subconsultant to OPN Architects.
