Eastern Iowa Community Colleges opened its Clinton Community College Career Advancement Center in 2023.

The career and technical education training center offers courses and hands-on training in agriculture, business, construction technology, CNC machining, health care, and information technology.  

The $5.8 million, 26,000-sf center is located on six acres in the Crossroads Industrial Park, East Industrial Street, DeWitt, Iowa. It has two wings — classrooms and open space for agricultural and industrial teaching use.  

Funding comes from a $40 million bond referendum approved in March 2021.  

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology and security engineering design services and construction administration services as a subconsultant to Studio 483 Architects. Estes Construction was the contractor.
