IMEG provided civil engineering and land surveying services for Esperanza Park in Cathedral City, California.  

The $8.5 million, .75-acre project adds green space to the historic Dream Homes neighborhood, a previously underserved area.  

Features include playgrounds, picnic and barbecue spaces, fitness area with exercise equipment, multi-use field and soccer fields, basketball courts, dog parks for large and small dogs, parking lots, lighting, and drought-tolerant landscaping. The facility also offers a connection to the CV Link multi-modal corridor.
