Fidelity Hotel, an IMEG-designed office-to-hotel conversion, opens in Cleveland
The Fidelity Hotel opened in downtown Cleveland in January 2025.
The 103-year-old, 11-story former Fidelity Mortgage Company (known as the Baker Building) was converted into an upscale 97-key boutique hotel. The adaptive reuse hotel also includes a destination restaurant, bar and lounge, and a 2,300-sf meeting and event space.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design, and commissioning, technology and acoustics services.
