Frontier Hospitality Group to build new Marriott hotel near the TBK Bank Sports Complex
Frontier Hospitality Group plans to build a $17 million hotel near the TBK Bank Sports Complex in Bettendorf.
The 80-key SpringHill Suites by Marriott will be next to the new Iron Tee Golf at Middle and Forest Grove Roads.
IMEG is providing surveying, geotechnical and civil engineering services for the project, which is expected to open in early 2025.
