The $70 million renovation and expansion of Nobel Hall at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peters, MN, has received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, security, and lighting design, as well as energy modeling services for the project. 

The renovated portion of the building includes collaboration and conference spaces, support areas, chemical storage, and hazardous material handling. The new complex houses offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, auditorium, study areas, and additional teaching and research laboratories, including wet and dry labs. A new lecture auditorium and black box theatewith green room, theater shop, loading dock, laundry, and storage space was also included.
