Hammond-Henry Hospital in Geneseo, IL, has finished a $1 million laboratory renovation.

The lab features an open floor plan, staffed reception area and waiting room, private blood draw stations, offices and storage space, and two accessible bathrooms that support 20 phlebotomists, medical laboratory scientists and technicians, and a board-certified pathologist, who perform 600,000 tests per year.

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology engineering design for the project, which was completed in a single phase with the lab staff and equipment moving to another part of the hospital during the renovation.
