Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villa opens after multimillion dollar renovation
The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa in California has received a multi-million dollar upgrade and rebrand.
Now the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villa, the resort features 531 newly renovated rooms, including 39 suites, and 43 private villas. The restaurants and pool have been renovated. The resort also features HyTides, a waterpark with nine pools, two waterslides, a lazy river, and splash pad.
Trinity Fund Advisors LLC and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., bought the resort hotel in the Greater Palm Springs area of California in April 2022.
