Ignit Sports and Fitness plans to build an indoor/outdoor youth sports and recreational complex with an indoor track and training facilities in Johnston, IA.

The $55 million project will be on 30 acres north of Interstate Highway 80-35 and expects to draw 1 million people annually.

Four buildings will be constructed around a central plaza. It is expected to open late in 2025.

IMEG is providing structural engineering for the project.
