IMEG has awarded 30 scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year, given to students pursuing an engineering focus.

The 30 recipients were selected from a pool of 121 applicants, all vetted by 22 members of IMEG’s Community Involvement Committees from across the U.S. Scholarships of $10,000 were awarded to students in their sophomore through senior years.

IMEG launched the scholarship program in 2023 to help students who have great potential but face challenging circumstances.

“We’re extremely happy to be able to help this year’s group of recipients and aspiring engineers achieve their dreams,” said IMEG President and CEO Paul VanDuyne. “So many of today’s students face challenges that make it difficult to complete their education. By offering our engineering scholarship we can help some of them reduce the financial barrier that otherwise might keep them from becoming tomorrow’s innovators.”

“This scholarship not only eases the financial burden of my studies but also motivates me to continue striving for excellence in my academic and future professional career,” says Kettja Bennett, a civil engineering major at University of Nevada Reno.

The winners come from 19 different states and are enrolled at 27 different colleges or universities. The recipients, their schools, and areas of study are:
