IMEG provided MEP design for the Canyon Drive project in Los Angeles, a recent merit winner in the 2021 AIA Residential Architect Design Awards, Multifamily Housing category.  

The multi-family housing development is a creative and modern exploration of sustainability and low impact living. Besides a unique exterior, the project employs a series of simple, yet effective structural, lighting, and architectural designs to make single-family homes that are cohesive but maintain their individuality.
