Construction is nearly complete at Arthur on Aberdeen, a mixed-use development in Chicago
Arthur on Aberdeen, the 433,534-sf mixed-use tower and historical reuse project in Chicago’s Fulton Market, opened in May 2024.
IMEG provided a study of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for the $140 million project.
The 19-floor new building has 363 residential units – 50% one-bedroom, 30% studio and 20% two-bedroom – with an outdoor rooftop pool and terrace. The property includes the adaptive reuse of the historic Arthur Harris building, once home to a steel float manufacturing company of the same name.
