IMEG will provide structural, MEP, fire protection, civil, technology, energy modeling, and landscape architecture engineering services for the new VA outpatient clinic in Clarksville, TN. 

The 254,000-sf, four-story facility is being developed by Carnegie Management & Development Corporation for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System.  

Designed to serve a rapidly growing population, the clinic will provide a wide range of services, including primary care, mental health, and specialty care such as cardiology, physical therapy, and surgical procedures. The facility is expected to support more than 39,500 enrolled veterans by 2035, addressing increasing demand in one of the fastest-growing markets within the VA Tennessee Valley system. 

It is slated to open by 2030.
