IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Children’s) new CHOC Children’s Thompson Autism Center in Orange, CA. The two-story, 20,000-sf former medical office building was renovated into a centralized facility providing a variety of services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The facility’s three sections include therapy rooms, assessment rooms, and multidisciplinary exam rooms.
