IMEG-designed National Mounted Warrior Museum opens at Fort Hood

The National Mounted Warrior Museum at Fort Hood opened in September 2024. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design for the 28,700-sf facility. The museum honors the mounted warrior and presents the history of cavalry soldiers from horse-riding to modern combat vehicles.
The museum includes 13,000-sf of interactive exhibit galleries, 7,000-sf of temporary exhibit space, and features actual-size replicas of military equipment in battlefield settings.
