IMEG-designed project wins Precast Concrete Award
The SHI Garza Ranch Office and Parking Garage project has won a 2020 Best in Precast Concrete Award in the Commercial Buildings category from the Precast Concrete Manufacturers Association. IMEG provided structural engineering and design services for the project, which included a four-level, 250,000-sf office building with lobby access to the parking garage, which sits directly across a private drive.
The awards demonstrate the structural versatility and architectural possibilities achievable with precast concrete.
