IMEG-designed projects win In Business Madison Commercial Design Awards
Two IMEG projects received In Business Madison Commercial Design Awards, which honor the best projects built in Wisconsin by local companies.
The L.E. Phillips Memorial Library Renovation and Addition project (pictured) in Eau Claire, WI, was named the 2023 Project of the Year in the Commercial Design Awards competition, and also won the Best New Development or Renovation award in the Civic category. IMEG provided structural and technology engineering design for the project. The renovation and addition upgraded the library and provided the needed space to accommodate future growth. IMEG’s design included new steel bridges that span the existing gallery space and are hung from the roof framing above. Read the IMEG case study here.
The UW Health – Pleasant T. Rowland Transplant Clinic in Madison also received a Commercial Design Award for Best Renovation: Health Care.
