IMEG design redevelops a Chicago bank into a mixed-use building
IMEG provided structural design and services for the redevelopment of a former bank and parking lot at 932 W Randolph in Chicago’s West Loop. The design included the renovation of the existing three-story building and a new three-story addition, for a total of 35,000 square feet. The building houses boutique office space on the top two floors and street-level retail.
IMEG partnered with OKW Architects and Walsh for the project, which was completed in 2022.
