IMEG-designed Urban Peak Mothership in Denver nominated for Mayor’s Design Award, featured in Building Dialogue magazine

The Urban Peak Mothership in Denver has been nominated for the 2025 Mayor’s Design Awards.
The Mothership serves at-risk youth experiencing homelessness. The campus provides a range of services and housing including shelter beds and supported housing, life skills development, mental health services, healthcare, and case management.
The awards honor projects in Denver that achieve excellence and innovation in architecture, urban design, and place-making. The Mothership was nominated in the Community and Culture category, which promotes projects that “foster community building and Denver’s cultural vibrancy.”
IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the project, as a subconsultant to Shopworks Architecture.
Denver Mayor Mike Johnston will announce the winners at an April 9, 2025, awards ceremony.
The project was also featured in the March 2025 issue of Building Dialogue.
