IMEG’s Bill Kavanagh, AIA, NCARB, has joined the National Parking Association’s Parking Consultants Council. The peer-reviewed group of parking consultants, architects, and engineers must demonstrate a substantial body of work and references for membership.  

Bill is IMEG’s senior parking consultant and is an associate principal of the firm. He leads IMEG’s dedicated parking design team and is highly experienced in the functional design, documentation, and construction administration of parking structures and mixed-use projects with significant parking components. 

The PCC develops best practices and technical educational manuals on the parking industry, and shares information about standards, regulations, and trends that impact parking construction, management, and operations.
