The Schoolyard Beer Garden at Evans School in Denver has earned the ENR Mountain States Best Projects Award in the Small Projects category.  

The project is transforming a long vacant 121-year-old school into a mixed-use community hub. The first phase preserved the exterior and architectural features while transforming the first floor into a walk-up cafe, beer garden, and gathering spaces.
