IMEG’s structural engineering design of a mixed-use complex in Conshohocken, PA, is the cover feature of the January issue of Modern Steel Construction magazine.

The article, “Forging a New Steel Story,” focuses on the SORA West development, now home to AmerisourceBergen’s headquarters. The feature discusses the use of structural steel in the building and the challenge of engineering the parking garage.

The multi-use complex has changed the face of downtown Conshohocken, a former steel mill town in suburban Philadelphia.

The article was written by Brian Sherman, PE, and Sean Pousley, both project engineers at The Harman Group, now IMEG, in Philadelphia.
