IMEG provided engineering design and services for the Four Seasons Hotel modernization in Austin, TX, which won an ENR 2019 Best Projects Award in the Interior/Tenant Improvement category for the Texas/Louisiana region. 

The renovated hotel features a new nature-inspired lobby, lakeside restaurant, and tree-top lounge. IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and technology design, as well as construction administration services, for the $40 million renovation.
