Four IMEG projects have been named finalists in the Houston Business Journal’s 2024 Landmark Awards.

The awards recognize real estate projects that have made a significant impact on Houston.

The IMEG projects are:

Education

Rice University Ralph S. O’Connor Building for Engineering Science

IMEG provided structural engineering for the 250,000-sf, $99.5 million project as a subconsultant to SOM Architects.

Healthcare

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute
IMEG provided structural engineering for the 64,000-sf project as a subconsultant to Kirksey Architecture.

Office Building or Campus

9753 Katy Freeway, Houston

IMEG provided structural engineering for the 188,550-sf office building as a subconsultant to Kirksey Architecture.

Workplace Interior

HITT, 100 Waugh Drive, Suite 500, Houston

IMEG provided structural engineering as a subconsultant to architect Inventure.

Perry Homes Headquarters

IMEG provided structural engineering for the 83,319-sf project as a subconsultant to Ziegler Cooper
Architects.

HBJ will name the winners during an awards ceremony April 11.
