IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology engineering services for Pacific Village, a 62-unit affordable housing complex in San Diego.  

Developed by San Diego Housing Commission, the project converted a former motel into studio apartments for veterans, individuals experiencing or at risk for homelessness, and others. The complex includes communal outdoor spaces and support services.  

The conversion included installing kitchenettes in all units, adding fire sprinkler and alarm systems and security cameras, and installing rooftop solar panels.
