IMEG providing engineering design services for Burlingame’s new Town Square
The city of Burlingame, Calif., plans to create a Town Square from a parking lot in the heart of downtown.
The parking lot is next to a shopping district and a former post office being redeveloped as a mixed-use development called 220 Park Road. The Town Square will be a courtyard plaza for gatherings and downtown events and will include a small building with a restroom and equipment storage. It will be developed once 220 Park Road is completed.
IMEG will provide structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the project.
