IMEG is providing MEP engineering services for the new Omni Raleigh Hotel, a major hospitality project under construction in downtown Raleigh.  

Located adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center, the 29-story, 5-star hotel is designed to support growing demand for large-scale events and enhance the convention center’s expansion efforts.  

The 687,000-sf development will include 600 guest rooms, 65,000-sf of ballroom and meeting space, 25,000-sf of food and beverage offerings, a signature spa, and a 3,500-sf fitness center. 

The hotel is expected to open in late 2028.
