IMEG provided structural engineering services for The Modern Austin residences skyscraper in Austin, TX. The 56-story, 790,000-sf tower complex, which opened in September 2024, includes 345 residences, 20 housing units, 12 combined levels of below and above grade parking space, penthouse units, as well as two amenity decks that feature a yoga studio, multiple lounges, a fitness center, private dining areas, a business center, and an Olympic-size swimming pool that overlooks the city’s rapidly growing Central Business District.  

This project enhances the district by including expanded sidewalks, new trees and bike lanes, as well as affordable housing options.
