IMEG designs new bank headquarters in Creve Coeur
IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design and services for the new First Bank headquarters in Creve Coeur, MO, which replaced the existing facility on the same site. The new four-story building opened in May 2024.
The new building more than doubles the current office building at 85,000-sf and consolidates employees from two other locations. The design goals included generational impact, a connection to the outdoors, a future-forward workplace, and world-class design.
The project is pursuing LEED BC+C v4 Silver and WELL Certification.
