This session will examine how artificial intelligence is being applied to improve healthcare facility planning, design, construction, and long-term operations. Topics include automated documentation, immersive collaboration, predictive analytics, AI agents, and AI-driven quality control, as well as strategies for connecting project data into a continuous digital thread across the facility life cycle.

Beyond Compliance: Leveraging Teamwork and Technology for a Seamless Hospital Seismic Upgrade

This session addresses the challenges California hospitals face meeting Senate Bill 1953 requirements to upgrade SPC-2 buildings to SPC-4D by 2030 while maintaining active patient care.
