IMEG’s Bob Jurkowski, PE, has been named to the Quad Cities Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list.

In his role as a project executive and operations manager with IMEG’s civil engineering team in Bettendorf, Bob is responsible for design tasks related to land development, storm water conveyance, and general project management. He also serves as the team’s operations manager, overseeing approximately 18 land development team members with an annual budget of $2.6 million. His work often focuses on Quad-City projects in the education, government, commercial and health care sectors.

Bob was born in Bettendorf, graduated from Bettendorf High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Iowa. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in Iowa and is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers. He also serves on the board of directors and coaches for the Bettendorf-Pleasant Valley Youth Baseball League — a league he grew up in as a player and umpire.

Bob was honored at the Forty under 40 Awards banquet on Thursday, Aug. 24, at the Quad-Cities Waterfront Convention Center.
