The use of technology to improve healthcare patient and caregiver experiences is the topic of an article by IMEG’s Corey Gaarde and Guidon Design’s Chase Miller in the January-February 2025 issue of Health Facilities Management magazine.  

The article discusses the critical role technology plays in modern healthcare, and advocates for strategic technology visioning, planning, and design to meet current needs and be adaptable for the future. The article also addresses the work of the Center for Healthcare Design’s Environmental Standards Council to maximize healthcare through informed design.
