IMEG’s Richard Vedvik to present C-SE webinar on designing power generation systems
IMEG Senior Electrical and Acoustic Engineer Richard Vedvik will be part of a webinar, “Critical power: Power generation using generators and paralleled gensets,” offered by Consulting-Specifying Engineer.
The webinar is at 1 p.m. CST, Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024.
The webinar will focus on how to ensure generators and the building electrical systems they support are right for the specific application. Topics will include generator sizing, load types, whether generators should be paralleled, fuel type and storage, switching scenarios, and other criteria, and how to work with authorities with jurisdiction to ensure the system will gain approval.
