Robert Eshelman to discuss chilled beams in higher education at CAPPA conference
IMEG Senior Mechanical Engineer Robert E. Eshelman, PE, will present “Best-Fit Applications for Chilled Beams in Higher Education” at the CAPPA Conference in Branson, MO, at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28.
Using case studies, Robert will explore how active and passive chilled beam systems can help higher education buildings meet energy, acoustics, and comfort goals, particularly in classrooms, labs, offices, and student commons. He’ll discuss key considerations including DOAS integration, humidity control, zoning, ceiling coordination, controls, maintenance, and owner expectations.
