Robin Greenleaf, IMEG’s recently retired Executive Vice President of Architectural Relations and Strategic Partnerships, has been named the recipient of the 2026 ENR New England Legacy Award. The award recognizes long-standing leadership, industry impact, and commitment to advancing the built environment.

In her role at IMEG, Greenleaf strengthened relationships with architectural partners, led strategic outreach, and developed data-driven, inclusive project teaming approaches. She also created an internal IMEG program that promotes engagement with diverse partners as a competitive and effective project pursuit strategy.

Prior to joining IMEG, Greenleaf was the founding partner and CEO of Architectural Engineers, a Boston-based, women-owned MEP/FP firm that merged with IMEG in 2021. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for improving the business of engineering and advancing leadership within the profession.

A Fellow of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Greenleaf made history as the organization’s first woman board chair. She served the industry through many national and international leadership roles, mentorship of women in AEC, and contributions shaping the future of engineering practice.

Robin will be honored at an awards event in Boston in the fourth quarter of 2026.
