IMEG’s Ryan Searles, Security Consulting Group Leader, has obtained the Foundations of Biophilic Design Certificate from the International Living Future Institute. This certification is a continuation of Searles’ efforts to integrate biophilic, landscape architecture, and security design to give clients safe and secure environments while maintaining owners’ and architects’ desired aesthetic. 

Searles also recently joined the education and guidelines committees for the US CPTED Association, a group dedicated to networking and promoting Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) programs across the U.S., and became a Secure Building Council Outreach Committee Board Director. The Secure Building Council’s mission is to support the implementation of secure design practices in the construction and renovation of buildings to form resilient and sustainable communities.
